Who We Are
Thoiba Trader is a GST-registered trade firm and digital lab based in Guwahati, Assam. We are active e-commerce operators on Amazon and Flipkart, GST filers, and Amazon KDP publishers — and we build web tools that solve the exact problems we face ourselves.
We are not developers who learned e-commerce from a textbook. We run live seller accounts, deal with real logistics, and file real tax returns. That operational experience is baked into every tool we ship.
Our philosophy is simple: build lean, build serverless, build privacy-first. Every product we create runs at near-zero infrastructure cost — which means the same cost discipline gets applied to every client project we take on.
The Multi-AI Workflow — Lean Team, Full Output
When AI tools became powerful enough to be practical, most people used them to write emails. We used them to build a structured development pipeline.
We call it the Multi-AI Workflow. It's not about copy-pasting code from a chatbot — it's about using AI the way a smart operator uses any team: strategically, with clear roles and expectations.
This workflow isn't a shortcut — it's an engineering discipline. The real skill is knowing what to ask, how to validate, and when to push back on what the AI suggests. That discernment only comes from actually running a business.
The result: a lean operation that ships full-stack, production-grade tools — with the speed and cost structure that most dev agencies cannot match.
Thoiba Trader Today
Thoiba Trader is a GST-registered business entity — not a hobby, not a side project, not a freelancer's portfolio. A legitimate, compliant firm with three live products, an active e-commerce presence on Amazon and Flipkart, and a publishing presence on Amazon KDP.
The tools we build are not built from a playbook or a trend report. They are built because we use them ourselves. Every GST calculator, every land intelligence report, every supplier catalog was born from a real problem that a real seller or business owner faced.
That is the difference between us and most development shops: we don't just write code. We operate. We sell. We file returns. We deal with logistics. And when we build software for those problems, we know exactly what "correct" looks like.
